5-day Refund Guarantee

Our service goal is to provide you with an easy way when you buy a used car directly from a car online. We provide you with a guarantee to fully recover what you paid within 5 days from the date of receiving your car in the event that any technical or mechanical problem appears in the car that you received from us. There is no charge for returning the car, the price you paid for the car will be refunded, excluding delivery charges.

Terms of return:

• Within 5 days from the date of receiving your car and mentioned in the receipt of the car from the shipping company, or an additional 250 km on the meter, whichever is earlier.
• Or an additional 250 km on the car's meter upon delivery.
• We cannot accept to return a vehicle that has been modified, damaged, had an accident or changed its original condition when we delivered it to you.
