Conditions for the Approval of Traffic Violation Objections
To file an objection against traffic violations through “Absher” platform, several conditions must be met to ensure a successful submission:
- Having an Absher Account: The applicant must have a registered personal account on the “Absher” platform provided by the Ministry of Interior.
- Respecting the Time Limit: The objection must be filed within 30 days from the date the traffic violation was recorded. Any objections submitted after this period will not be considered.
- No Duplicate Objections: If an objection has already been submitted and a decision has been made by the concerned committee, it is not possible to object again to the same violation.
- One Objection at a Time: If there is an ongoing automated objection being processed, no new objections can be submitted simultaneously by the same individual.
- Objection Limit: There is no cap on the number of objections that can be submitted automatically. However, if an individual reaches five rejected objections within the same Hijri year, further submissions may be restricted.
By meeting these conditions, users can easily submit their objections according to the guidelines set by the Ministry of Interior. These requirements are in place to ensure a structured and efficient process, providing an organized and fair opportunity for individuals to express their objections.
