Return Policy

In order to ensure that Syarah Website Company for Trading provides a safe and transparent purchasing experience for all customers, we present to you the return policy for vehicles purchased through our website or application. This policy aims to clarify the customer’s rights, the procedures for return, cancellation, and refund, in addition to the terms and conditions that ensure achieving the highest levels of protection and quality when purchasing a used or new car from “Syarah”.

This policy helps you understand the return procedures, covered cases, timeframes, and the mutual obligations between the customer and the company, in a way that ensures a smooth and clear purchasing experience from the moment of placing the order until receiving or returning the vehicle.

Please read this policy carefully, as it constitutes an integral part of the terms and conditions governing the use of our services.

1. Used Car Return Policy (10-Day Guarantee)

“Syarah” grants customers the right to return the used vehicle within 10 days from the date of receipt, with a full refund of the amount paid, in accordance with the following conditions:

1.1 Conditions for Accepting Returns

The vehicle must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer, without any:

  • Modifications or additions.

  • Structural or internal damage.

  • Exposure to an accident.

  • Change in technical condition.

  • The distance traveled by the vehicle must not exceed 500 kilometers from the date of receipt by the customer.
  • In the event that the vehicle is not owned by Syarah Website Company for Trading (owned by a showroom or an individual), the vehicle price must not exceed SAR 100,000.
  • The customer must deliver the vehicle within 24 hours from the date of approval of the return request by the Syarah team.
  • Acceptance of the return is subject to a technical inspection of the vehicle to ensure compliance with the return conditions.

1.2 Refunds

  • The refund shall be processed within a period ranging from 14 to 28 days after the vehicle inspection.
  • Shipping fees, registration fees, ownership transfer fees, plate issuance fees, and the value of any additional purchases made by the customer (such as accessories) shall be deducted/excluded from the refund amount.
  • The refund is subject to the result of the technical inspection, which determines whether the vehicle complies with the return conditions.

2. Order Cancellation Before Delivery

2.1 Cancellation by the Customer

The customer has the right to cancel the order before receiving the vehicle or taking delivery from the showroom in the following cases:

  • In the event of an error in the vehicle price or services, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund.

  • If the customer does not wish to proceed with the order for any reason prior to delivery.

2.2 Cancellation by Syarah

The order may be canceled in the following cases:

  • Inability to contact the customer despite repeated attempts.

  • Discovery of a defect or quality issue that cannot be resolved prior to delivery.

  • A pricing error not accepted or confirmed by the customer.

2.3 Refunds

In the event of order cancellation:

  • The full amount paid shall be refunded to the customer.

  • The deposit shall be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days if the order is canceled due to lack of response or communication.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Modification or alteration of the vehicle after receipt.

  • The vehicle has been involved in an accident or has sustained any damage.

  • The distance traveled exceeds 500 kilometers from the date of receipt.

  • Misuse of the vehicle or use for operational or commercial purposes.

  • Failure to deliver the vehicle within the specified timeframe after approval of the return request.

4. Lowest Price Guarantee for New Cars

This applies to new cars marked with the “Lowest Price Guarantee” label, subject to the following conditions:

  • Valid for 10 days from the date of purchase.

  • Applicable to cash purchases only.

  • Requires submission of an official quotation with a price lower than the paid amount.

  • The price difference shall be refunded to the customer upon verification.

5. Submitting a Return Request

A return or cancellation request may be submitted through one of the following methods:

Upon submitting the request, the customer must:

  • Select the reason for return.
  • Attach a clear photo of the odometer reading.
  • Additional photos and a description of the issue may be attached, if any.

After submitting the request:

  • The customer service team will review the request.
  • The customer will be contacted to confirm the request.
  • An appointment will be scheduled for vehicle handover.
  • The vehicle will be inspected to ensure compliance with the return conditions.
  • The refund process will be initiated within the specified timeframe.

6. Tracking the Request Status

The customer may track the status of their request through the following:

  • The order tracking link using their mobile number.

  • Direct communication with customer service to inquire about the status of the return or the refund.

7. Legal Notices

  • This policy is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Syarah Website Company for Trading reserves the right to update the return policy at any time.

  • This policy does not affect the customer’s statutory rights that cannot be waived.
